Dutch St lead the brand design and messaging for Acanthus Real Estate, a woman-owned real estate development and advisory firm based in Philadelphia. Inspired by a butterfly, the Acanthus logo speaks to the key qualities of transformation, connectivity and strength embodied by the firm. Distinguished by its results-driven and people-first approach, the Acanthus story is told through powerful messaging — 'I prove the why' — and a rich, grounded color palette that is both classic and confident. In addition to brand design and messaging, Dutch St in collaboration with our design partner, Strong Studio, created a website, brand kit, digital brochure and proposal templates for Acanthus' business development use.
