Meet Joy Habian

Joy Habian, founder of Dutch St Marketing, has enjoyed a multifaceted career in the design, architecture and real estate. Trained as an architect at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, she had the privilege of working on landmark projects such as the restoration of Ellis Island and Grand Central Terminal.  

Choosing to focus on the business of design, she built numerous marketing departments ground-up as an in-house Director of Marketing and chaired the Marketing and PR Committee of the AIA NY Chapter. She has led corporate branding and property marketing for multiple owners including The Durst Organization, Jonathan Rose Companies and the Halcyon Management Group. Highlights of her property marketing experience include One World Trade Center, The Brooklyn Navy Yard, VIA 57 West, Via Verde and West Wharf.

Born and raised in New York City, Joy is an avid volunteer and supporter of Puppies Behind Bars.
